1. How long does it take to get business cards?
A: Once approved and paid for, your cards should take 3-5 days for 14pt card stock and 5-7 days for 16pt card stock.  Rush service (Next Day) is available on most all 14pt card stock, turnaround times are 1-2 days.

2. What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee based on the current production status of your job. The fees are as follows:

• NO FEE — PRIOR to artwork being started.
• $15.00 — PRIOR to a proof being sent.
• $30.00 — AFTER a proof has been sent, but PRIOR to customer approval.
• NO REFUND — There will be no refunds of any kind AFTER a job has been approved.

ANY REFUND MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT AND WILL BE IN THE FORM OF IN-HOUSE CREDIT!
